Figs, Figs and More Figs

The fig tree is loaded this year. I have tried in the past to sun dry them but the bugs devour them so I usually just let the birds have at them. This year there are so many that I had to find something to do with them. Sooooo.....

I made Fig bread. It's awesome and 2 cups of mashed figs makes three loaves. My neighbors and kids are going to be sick of it by the time all of the figs are gone from the tree. Any suggestions for another way to use them besides jam?
